I understand though, buying a new OS every two years gets to be a pain. Drivers are up to date. Go to your video card manufacturer's website Find the exact model of your video card Search the website for old drivers for your video card. I'm also still getting the error with low textures and leader scenes. Gpu Texture Decode All rights reserved. I read the first page and found no mention of Civ 5. Why not just downvote and move on, instead of commenting?
